RIP Mr. Woolmer
It is very sad indeed to see Mr. Woolmer go. My condolence to his family and all those who are closely associated with him. He was a true champion for the game of cricket. A savvy coach who was not only enthusiastic about spreading the game world wide, but did so within the true spirt of the game. The cricket world will surely miss you mate. RIP Mr. Woolmer. Mark

Aparently he was good friends with Jack Kyle and was very hospitable when Jack went there during the world cup in SA. Jack told me once, that before Bob Woolmer took up the coaching job, he had a chat with him and told him not to take it for a mere 200k$ (not cuz of the money), but the stress of coaching pakistan.

Bob Woolmer i thought was one of the best coaches pakistan team ever had. He was an amazing coach, human being, and an excellent cricketer. he will surely be missed by many around the world. if not impossible, it sure will be very hard for pakistan to replace Bob Woolmer R.I.P. BOB WOOLMER Bilal
